Fulfillment Time:

Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days, excluding holidays after receiving your order confirmation email.  

We are unable to cancel your order 24 hours after it has been placed before your order has shipped by contacting us at shop@hamptonanddunes.com (excluding furniture and custom orders).

At any time after placing an order, you can check the status by contacting us at shop@hamptonanddunes.com.

Hampton + Dunes ships domestically to all 50 states.

Accessories, Home Decor, Clothing, and Jewelry shipping costs are listed below. Furniture Shipping to be quoted.

Order total between $0-$50 - $8 SHIPPING

Order total between $50.01-$100 - $12 SHIPPING

Order total between $100.01-$150 - $15 SHIPPING

Order total between $150.01-$200 - $20 SHIPPING

Order total between $200.01-$250 - $25 SHIPPING

Order total between $250.01-$300 - $30 SHIPPING

Order total between $300.01-$399 - $35 SHIPPING

 

Returns and Exchanges:

-We have a 14-day return policy, which means all returns must be received within 14 days of purchase.

-Return credits will be issued in the form of store credit, less any applicable return delivery &/or pick-up fees

-The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
